Lonshi Copper Mine, located in the southeast of Katanga Province in DRC, is 230km (straight line distance) from Lubumbashi and only 3km from the Zambian border. The acquisition of Lonshi Copper Mine from ERG was closed on April 26, 2021, including relevant exploitation permit and 7 exploration permits, covering an area of over 900 km² in the southeastern DRC, i.e. the east section of Central African Copper Belt. Production ramps up in the west area and construction of the east area began in the second half of 2025, with the total annual production (east & west combined) expected to achieve 100,000 tons of copper post ramp-up.
