On June 16, JCHX and Epiroc officially signed a new five-year Global Framework Agreement at JCHX's HQ. The signing ceremony was attended by Wang Cicheng, Executive Vice President of JCHX, Liu Bin, Assistant to the President, as well as Jess Kindler, President of Epiroc Business Area President, Equipment & Service, and Wei Wuxian, President of Epiroc Greater China.
As a globally renowned enterprise in mining and excavation equipment, Epiroc is committed to providing customers with safe and innovative equipment and solutions. Its products and services cover surface and underground rock drills, rigs, mining equipment, construction equipment and tools, as well as automation, digitalization, and electrification solutions, together with comprehensive after-sales support. JCHX is the first Chinese-invested enterprise to sign a global framework agreement with Epiroc. Since the establishment of the partnership in 2015, the two parties have engaged in practical and efficient cooperation across multiple dimensions, including equipment and spare parts supply, technical service support, and business training.
At the signing ceremony, both parties jointly reviewed their more than ten years of collaborative partnership and engaged in in-depth discussions on the current international mining industry landscape and the development trends of the mining equipment supply chain. Mr. Wang remarked that since 2015, the two sides have carried out three rounds of deep-level cooperation covering areas such as rock drills, underground loaders, mining trucks, supporting spare parts supply, and professional hands-on training, with each phase marked by distinctive milestones. The signing of this new agreement marks the official entry of the JCHX-Epiroc partnership into a new stage of globalization and deeper strategic collaboration.
Mr. Jess Kindler expressed his sincere gratitude to JCHX for its long-standing trust and support, and spoke highly of JCHX's rapid growth into an internationally competitive mining enterprise, underpinned by its high-quality management, advanced equipment advantages, and professional technical expertise.
