Recently, JCHX Kinsey learned that veteran employee Vladica Lačešević suffered severe injuries in a traffic accident, plunging his family into financial difficulty. Vladica joined the company in 2019. Due to a car accident a year ago, he suffered a severe fracture to his leg. Despite long-term treatment and multiple surgeries, serious complications such as infection have occurred, and he even faces the risk of amputation. The continuous treatment costs and temporary loss of working capacity have plunged his family into financial difficulty.
Once the initiative was announced, Chinese employees responded enthusiastically. Donations came in one after another, varying in amount but carrying equally heartfelt goodwill. On August 20, the Project Manager, the Union Chairman, and the head of the Human Resources Department visited Vladica at his home together, delivering the 460,000-dinar donation raised to him and his family, expressing sincere care and warm regards from his colleagues, and encouraging him to stay confident and cooperate actively with his treatment.
