On July 9th, Mr. Wang Qinghai, Chairman of JCHX Mining, and Mr. Wang Cicheng, Executive Vice President, warmly received Kalle Sipilä, the Senior Vice President of Normet, in JCHX headquarters.
After extending a warm welcome to Mr. Kalle Sipilä, Mr. Wang Qinghai said that Normet has been a major equipment supplier and a joint venture partner of JCHX for many years, with a relationship that features mutual trust and benefit. Going forward, the two parties should remain committed to the philosophy of mutually beneficial cooperation, capitalize on their respective competitive advantages, further intensify their partnership, and work together to deliver equipment of superior quality.
Mr. Wang Cicheng expressed the hope that both parties will streamline the interface procedures in respect of equipment delivery, spare parts availability, and after-sales service. In view of the global project layout established by JCHX, the regional service response speed shall be further improved to maintain the efficient and steady progress of overseas operations. Furthermore, he proposed that both sides reinforce coordination via a monthly communication and alignment mechanism.
Mr. Kalle Sipilä mentioned that Normet will closely align with JCHX’s goals of going global, quality excellence, and sustainable growth, and will continue to upgrade its services in equipment delivery, technical support, spare parts supply. In the meantime, comprehensive service capabilities will be further enhanced by ramping up investment in spare parts storage, establishing dedicated consignment stock and deploying service staff on a customized basis.
