JCHX Invited to Caving 2026

From August 11 to 13, the Sixth Block and Sublevel Caving Conference (Caving 2026) was held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. As a highly influential and authoritative academic event in the global caving mining sector, this year’s conference brought together representatives from mining enterprises and industry organizations across more than ten countries, including China, Australia, the United States, Canada, Indonesia, Sweden, Serbia, Chile, and South Africa. Mr. Ye Pingxian, Vice President of JCHX Mining, and Mr. Gong Qingtian, Chief Mining Engineer, attended the conference and participated in the keynote speeches and technical seminars.

The conference was hosted by the Australian Centre for Geomechanics (ACG), a non-profit mining academic research institution affiliated with the University of Western Australia. Dedicated to building a high-level exchange platform, the conference aims to promote theoretical innovation and engineering practice in caving mining methods, serving as an important window for the exchange of ideas and technological sharing in global caving mining experience and innovation.

During the conference, JCHX’s delegation engaged comprehensively in the exchanges through attending featured presentations delivered by internationally renowned mining companies and research institutions and actively sharing JCHX’s proven experience and technical expertise in caving mining practices, and conducted in-depth discussions with domestic and international peers on key technical challenges in caving mining, engineering applications, future development trends, and pathways to advance caving technologies toward safer and more efficient operations.
